Job Title: Automotive Technician / Mechanic

Location: 688 Brawley School Road, Mooresville, NC 28117

Job Overview: We seek energetic and positive technicians/mechanics who are passionate about solving problems and providing excellent service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles using your skills and knowledge.
• Gain experience with a variety of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conduct thorough and honest vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with the team to address guest concerns efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with the service department.
• Work with fellow technicians to meet deadlines and achieve results.

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and customer service focus.
• 5+ years of automotive technician experience.
• Current ASE Certifications preferred; Master, L1 a plus.
• NC State Inspector License preferred.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all vehicle makes/models.
• Strong experience with domestic and import vehicles.
• Willingness to work 40-50+ hours per week.
• Knowledge of reflashing/reprogramming processes.
• Expertise in driveability, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Diesel experience is a plus.
• Desire for long-term career growth.
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license required.

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift/move over 100 pounds.
• Work with tools above head and in tight spaces.
• Stand/walk for most of the workday.
• Drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Navigate a computer efficiently.
