Raytheon is seeking a Principal Engineer for the RF Antenna Team in Tucson, AZ. This role involves leading antenna and radome technology, managing diverse teams, and collaborating with government programs. Responsibilities include:
- Developing antenna/radome hardware and requirements
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary engineering teams
- Analyzing simulation/test data for performance verification
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelors in STEM with 8 years of experience or an Advanced Degree with 6 years
- Ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer:
- MS or PhD in electrical engineering
- Experience in antenna design and technical presentations
- Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, and modeling tools
