Job Description

I. General Summary:
Oversees Team Leaders and members in designated manufacturing areas (e.g., assembly, welding) to achieve company goals while adhering to policies and quality standards. Responsible for operational management, ensuring safety, product quality, and productivity.

II. Essential Job Functions:

Supervise team leaders and members, manage staffing, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Lead manufacturing processes, utilizing TPS techniques for efficiency.

Monitor quality and productivity, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.

Maintain a safe work environment and conduct training for team members.

Communicate effectively with internal teams and maintain documentation.

III. Qualifications:
Education: Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
Experience: 3 years in manufacturing, 2 years in leadership.
Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
