The Opportunity

As a Medical Assistant (Float), you’ll provide outstanding patient care through venipuncture and clinical support. You’ll enhance the in-office experience, manage daily operations, and ensure a welcoming environment. Your role includes patient interaction, administrative tasks, and teamwork to foster a positive atmosphere.

What you’ll work on:

• Deliver top-notch venipuncture services.
• Assist with various clinical tasks and maintain care standards.
• Manage dispensary responsibilities and patient follow-ups.
• Ensure smooth front-of-house operations.
• Support team development and maintain office upkeep.
• Master our technology suite for effective communication.

What you’ll need:

• 6+ months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in computer technology.
• Experience in collaborative, diverse teams.
• Confidence in patient interactions and care delivery.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
