Who are UPS Seasonal Driver Helpers?

As a Driver Helper, you’ll accompany a Package Delivery Driver in our iconic brown trucks, assisting with deliveries and customer interactions. This role involves frequent entry and exit from the truck, making it dynamic and engaging.

Flexibility is key, as work is assigned based on operational needs. You’ll be picked up at a designated location, typically near your home. Note that Driver Helpers do not operate the truck.

This seasonal position is demanding yet enjoyable, filled with festive spirit during our busiest time of year.

What does it take to succeed?

  • Pickup by your Package Delivery Driver at a set location.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Enjoy working outdoors.
  • Stamina for a physically active role.
  • Legal right to work in the U.S.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Reliability and responsibility.
  • No prior experience required.
  • A sturdy pair of work boots.

The base pay for this position is $17.20/hour.
