As part of the Optum network, American Health Network is looking for a Family Medicine Primary Care Physician to join our expanding team in Indiana. Experience transformative, physician-led care locally with the largest care delivery organization in the world.

Position Highlights:

  • Physician-led, patient-centered, team-based environment
  • Focus on value-based care with a robust specialist support team
  • Procedures include skin surgery, fracture care, joint injections, and more
  • Full-time schedule options: 4 or 4.5 workdays per week
  • Open to BC/BE Internal Medicine physicians

Required Qualifications:

  • Unrestricted medical licensure in Ohio or ability to obtain
  • Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine
  • Active DEA License or ability to obtain
