Job Description

The Quality Data & Validation Specialist in the St. Peter’s Medical Group Quality Department plays a vital role in supporting the organization’s mission. This position involves data entry and database management, focusing on the Quality Payment Program (QPP), Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH), and other quality improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include ensuring data integrity and accuracy in patient medical records.

QUALITY DATA & VALIDATION FUNCTIONS

  1. Analyze complex information.
  2. Organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
  3. Proficient in EMR applications and relevant databases.
  4. Work independently under pressure.
  5. Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
  6. Build long-term customer relationships based on trust.
  7. Collaborate effectively with colleagues and external parties.
Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years in a high-volume office setting with customer contact. Attention to detail and data entry experience required. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Access preferred.

EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED preferred; two years of college or business school is a plus.
