Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • Associate degree in nursing with two years of behavioral health experience; OR
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing with one year of behavioral health experience; OR
  • A combination of work, education, training, or experience relevant to the position, as determined by Marion County.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Up to $3,000 reimbursement for moving expenses.
  • $3,000 relocation bonus (prorated based on FTE) upon proof of Oregon residency.
  • $1,500 retention bonus after six months of continuous employment (prorated based on FTE).
