The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a non-profit healthcare system in Helena, Montana, dedicated to providing exceptional care and a strong community commitment. We are currently seeking a CNA. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Certified Nursing Assistant will deliver direct patient care and assist with delegated tasks within their scope of practice. This role requires a solid understanding of responsibilities, the ability to seek clarification, and proficiency in accurate computer documentation, including printer and fax functions. The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, and possesses strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
- Assist with delegated tasks and procedures.
- Document accurately and timely with minimal direction.
- Demonstrate knowledge of printer and fax functions.
- Maintain a positive attitude and excellent communication.
- Work effectively under stress while maintaining professionalism.
- Prioritize workloads efficiently.
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
- Report changes in patient behavior to the RN.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; completion of a CNA program preferred. Training assignments may be available.
- License/Certification: Current CNA certification or enrollment in a CNA program; BLS certification required. SECURE Training within 6 months of hire.
- Experience: Previous hospital or long-term care experience preferred.
