Quality Inspector

Location: Brooklyn Park, MN

We are seeking skilled candidates for a direct hire Quality Inspector position in Brooklyn Park, MN. Applicants should have at least 6 months of Quality Inspection experience, the ability to read and follow work instructions, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct final quality inspections of finished products.
• Perform in-process inspections during production.
• Document rejected products and raw material issues.
• Inspect incoming raw materials.
• Maintain quality inspection reports.
• Report discrepancies to management.
• Propose new testing methods.
• Train coworkers in quality control.
• Maintain inspection equipment.
• Stay updated on quality practices.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Math aptitude.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Time management abilities.
• Computer literacy.

Compensation: Starting salary is $18-$20 per hour.
