Physician Assistant – Tempe, AZ
$130k-$140k base plus quarterly bonus!
NO on-call
4-day work week (Mon-Thur)
We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our established medical office in Tempe, AZ. The ideal candidate is a motivated PA-C with orthopedic/musculoskeletal experience, skilled in Trigger point and Joint injections using Ultrasound guidance. Responsibilities include managing orthopedic conditions in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.

Duties:
- Evaluate and manage MSK/Orthopedic patients
- Order and review labs/diagnostic imaging
- Develop and deliver care plans
- Educate patients on diagnoses and treatment options
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
- Oversee physical therapy protocols
- Perform allergy testing and blood draws
- Prescribe Durable Medical Equipment and home rehab kits
- Administer Trigger point and Joint Injections
- Conduct re-examinations to assess progress
- Maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications:
- PA-C certification
- 1+ years of experience in PM&R, Ortho, or Pain Management preferred
- Licensed to practice in AZ
- Current DEA license
- Medicare credentialed in AZ
- Team-oriented mindset
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday – Thursday
- 3-day weekends every week!
- No on-call required
Salary: $130k-$140k base plus quarterly bonuses
