Position Highlights:
– General ENT with opportunities in Ear, Head & Neck, or Sleep Subspecialty
– 4-day work week with flexible scheduling
– Join a team of 4 ENTs, 1 PA-C, and support staff
– Average of 20-24 patients per day
– Shared hospital call and Epic EMR
– New clinical space with established referral base

Primary Responsibilities:
– Manage patient care and maintain accurate documentation
– Educate patients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
– Uphold ethical standards and participate in meetings and committees

Required Qualifications:
– Medical degree and completed Otolaryngology residency
– Board eligible or certified with an unrestricted Washington license
– BLS certification
