- Load and unload furnaces and age ovens.
- Process parts per prescribed methods.
- Monitor temperature controls and take corrective actions.
- Maintain shift logbook and CPR Data Base.
- Monitor quench water level and temperature.
- Complete shift changeover and checklist.
- Tag and report nonconforming material.
- Inspect materials per customer specifications.
- Document material requirements accurately.
- Follow start-up and shut-down procedures.
- Set up and monitor temperature controls.
- Perform customer service duties related to production.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing parts and containers.
- Complete process certifications as directed.
- Tag new or specially packaged materials.
- Ensure accuracy of shipping and receiving paperwork.
- Enter data into a database.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Prepare shipments correctly.
- Create bills of lading accurately.
- Perform documentation, inspections, and piece count verifications.
- Conduct physical inventory procedures.
