Job Description

Job Summary: Plans, directs, and coordinates administrative tasks to ensure departmental efficiency. Assists with staffing as needed. Possesses knowledge of medications and their proper administration based on patient age and clinical condition. Adheres to the five rights of medication to minimize errors. Assesses and manages pain effectively, educating patients and families on pain management strategies. Coordinates patient care to meet needs and comply with hospital policies. Conducts daily patient visits. Develops and evaluates teaching plans based on identified learning needs. Performs other assigned duties.
