    **Qualifications:**
    Current state RN license or multistate compact license and an associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
    Additional requirements:

  • BLS certification (or within 90 days of hire)
  • ACLS certification (or within 6 months of hire)
  • Pass arrhythmia exam within 90 days of hire
  • Critical thinking and decisive judgment skills
  • Ability to work under stress
  • Effective communication in English

    • **Department Summary:**
    33-bed unit with a 5-6 patient ratio (days) and 6 nurses/3 CNAs on night shift.
