**Qualifications:**

• Current RN License (State or Multistate Compact)
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• BLS Certification (within 90 days of hire)
• ACLS Certification (within 6 months of hire)
• Pass Arrhythmia Exam (within 90 days of hire)
• Strong Critical Thinking and Communication Skills

**Unit Summary:**

33-bed unit with a 5-6 patient ratio (Days) and 6 Nurses/3 CNAs on Night Shift.
