The ideal candidate will provide legal guidance on surety claims, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. **Responsibilities:**

• Analyze and evaluate surety claims to determine liability and coverage.

• Draft legal documents and correspondence related to claims.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve disputes.

• Represent the company in mediations and negotiations.

• Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments.

**Qualifications:**
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in surety or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
