We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Early Childhood ABA Therapist to work with children with autism and developmental delays.
**Responsibilities:**
Implement individualized ABA therapy plans in home settings.
Monitor and document progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
Collaborate with families to support child development.
Provide training and resources to parents.
Maintain a safe and engaging learning environment.
**Qualifications:**
Experience in ABA therapy or early childhood education preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
