**Job Title:** Occupational Therapist (OT) **Location:** Avamere Rehab of Junction City, Junction City, OR **Job Description:** Avamere Rehab of Junction City is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapy services to patients recovering from injuries or illnesses. **Responsibilities:**

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current state licensure in Oregon.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
