We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Nephi, UT. The ideal candidate will assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients with various conditions.
**Responsibilities:**
Support patients in therapeutic activities to improve daily living skills.
Document patient progress and report to the supervising occupational therapist.
Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.
**Qualifications:**
Current COTA certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
