We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Kittanning, PA. The ideal candidate will:
Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
Qualifications:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
Current PA state licensure
