We are seeking a dedicated Certified Surgical Tech (CST) to join our Ambulatory Surgery team in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will assist in surgical procedures, ensuring a sterile environment and efficient workflow.
**Responsibilities:**
Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment.
Assist surgeons and nursing staff during procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
Monitor patient comfort and safety pre- and post-operation.
**Qualifications:**
Current CST certification.
Experience in an ambulatory surgery setting preferred.
