We are seeking a compassionate LPN Pediatric Home Health Nurse to provide high-quality care to children in their homes.
**Responsibilities:**
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient health and report changes to the healthcare team.
Educate families on care plans and health management.
Assist with daily living activities and mobility support.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
**Qualifications:**
Current LPN license in South Carolina.
Experience in pediatric care preferred.
