**Salary:** $85,000 – $95,000 annually
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated Oncology Supervisor (RN) to lead our oncology nursing team.
**Responsibilities:**
Oversee daily operations of the oncology unit
Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to protocols
Supervise nursing staff, providing guidance and support
Conduct staff training and performance evaluations
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
Manage patient care plans and coordinate treatments
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards
**Qualifications:**
– Current RN license in Virginia
– Oncology certification preferred
– Strong leadership and communication skills
