The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes or hospice facilities.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during end-of-life care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Educate families on care procedures and resources available.
Qualifications: Active RN license in VA, strong communication skills, and experience in hospice or palliative care preferred.
