We are seeking a dedicated LPN to join our team in New Bern, NC. This full-time position offers flexible shifts: days, evenings, and nights.
**Responsibilities:**
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient health and report changes to the healthcare team.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Assist with patient education and support.
**Qualifications:**
Current LPN license in North Carolina.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
