We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Innovation Unit (MIU). The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
**Responsibilities:**
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
Educate patients and families on health management and wellness.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
**Qualifications:**
Current RN license in Virginia.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
