**Job Title:** Registered Nurse Lead Pain / GI – Full Time **Location:** Oklahoma City, OK **Salary:** Competitive, based on experience **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Lead for our Pain and GI department. The ideal candidate will oversee patient care, manage nursing staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards. **Responsibilities:**

• Lead and mentor nursing staff in pain and GI management.

• Develop and implement patient care plans.

• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.

• Educate patients and families on pain management and GI health.

**Qualifications:**
  • Current RN license in Oklahoma
  • Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, with leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
