**Job Title:** Private Duty LPN/LVN (Licensed Practical Nurse) **Location:** Maryville, TN **Salary:** Competitive, based on experience **Job Description:** We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Private Duty LPN/LVN to provide personalized care to patients in their homes. **Responsibilities:**

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Monitor patient health and report changes to the healthcare team.

• Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

• Communicate effectively with patients and families.

**Qualifications:**
  • Current LPN/LVN license in Tennessee.
  • Previous home health experience preferred.
