**Responsibilities:**
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
Assist with daily living activities and provide emotional support.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Collaborate with RNs and physicians to ensure optimal patient care.
**Qualifications:**
Current LPN license in Louisiana.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
