**Job Title:** Home Health RN | Relo + Bonus! **Location:** Longview, WA **Salary:** $46.71 – $72.98 per hour

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health RN to join our team in Longview, WA. This position offers relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus!

  • Responsibilities:
    • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
    • Develop and implement individualized care plans.
    • Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed.
    • Educate patients and families on health management.
  • Qualifications:
    • Current RN license in Washington State.
    • Previous home health experience preferred.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
