We are seeking a dedicated Clinician (RN or LPN) to join our Center for Healthy Aging. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to older adults, focusing on health promotion and disease prevention.

**Responsibilities:**

Conduct health assessments and develop care plans.

Administer medications and monitor patient progress.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Educate patients and families on health management.

**Qualifications:**

Current RN or LPN license in NM.

Experience in geriatric care preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
