**Job Title:** Registered Nurse III – Neuro Surgical **Location:** Winchester, VA **Salary:** Competitive, commensurate with experience **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse III for our Neuro Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will possess advanced clinical skills and a passion for patient care. **Responsibilities:**

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to neuro surgical patients.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.

• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.

• Educate patients and families on post-operative care and recovery.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

**Qualifications:**
  • Current RN license in Virginia
  • Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in neuro surgical care
  • BLS and ACLS certification required
