We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Cardiothoracic Surgery team. The ideal candidate will have experience in surgical settings and a passion for patient care.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-ups.
Assist in surgical procedures and manage patient care plans.
Collaborate with surgeons and healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on treatment options and recovery processes.
**Qualifications:**
Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant program.
Current PA licensure and certification as an NP or PA.
Experience in cardiothoracic surgery preferred.
