The ideal candidate will provide advanced nursing care to critically ill newborns in a NICU setting. **Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of neonates
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Educate families on neonatal care and health
  • Monitor and manage patient progress

  • Master’s degree in Nursing
  • Current NP license in TN
  • Certification in Neonatal Nursing preferred
