Job Description

**Job Title:** Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) **Location:** Jenks, OK **Salary:** $60,000 – $65,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated BCaBA to join our team in Jenks, OK. The ideal candidate will support behavior analysis services for individuals with developmental disabilities.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
    • Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress.
    • Provide training and support to staff and families.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to treatment planning.

    Qualifications include a BCaBA certification and experience in applied behavior analysis. Strong communication skills are essential.
