Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Implementing and monitoring behavior intervention strategies.
• Training and supervising staff and caregivers in behavior management techniques.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client progress.

Qualifications: Must hold a BCBA certification and possess strong communication skills.
