We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team in Fredericksburg, VA.
**Responsibilities:**
Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and document outcomes
Educate patients on exercises and rehabilitation techniques
Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment
**Qualifications:**
Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assisting
Current state licensure or eligibility
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
