Job Description

**Job Title:** Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid Position **Location:** Raleigh-Durham, NC **Salary:** $75/hour

We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral assessments and interventions for clients with developmental disabilities.

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to implement behavior intervention strategies.
  • Provide training and supervision to RBTs and other staff members.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

    • Qualifications: BCBA certification, strong communication skills, and experience in a clinical or educational setting.
