**Job Title:** LEAD Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (LBA, BCBA) **Location:** Huntersville, NC **Salary:** $85,000 – $90,000/year **Type:** Full Time **Incentives:** Sign-On/Retention Bonus + Relocation Assistance **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated Lead LBA, BCBA to oversee ABA therapy services.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Supervise and mentor junior BCBAs and RBTs.
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

    • **Qualifications:**

  • Active LBA and BCBA certification.
  • Minimum 3 years of ABA experience.
