**Job Title:** BONUS!* Therapist for Adult Residential Treatment Facility **Location:** Vienna, VA **Salary:** $90,000 – $110,000/year **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our Adult Residential Treatment Facility. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic support to adults facing mental health challenges.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.

    • **Qualifications:**

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
  • Valid state licensure (LCSW, LPC, etc.).
  • Experience in residential treatment preferred.
