**Job Title:** Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid Position **Location:** Charlotte, NC **Salary:** From $90,000/year **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral assessments and interventions for clients with developmental disabilities. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to implement behavior intervention strategies.

• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.

• Provide training and support to staff and caregivers.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
