The ideal candidate will provide high-quality rehabilitation services to patients with hand and upper extremity conditions. **Responsibilities:**

• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.

• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve hand function.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

• Educate patients and families on injury prevention and home exercises.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current MN OT license.
  • Experience in hand therapy preferred.
