**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) to join our team in Yakima, WA. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients with behavioral challenges.
**Responsibilities:**
Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress.
Provide direct support to clients in various settings.
Collaborate with families and team members to ensure effective communication.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
**Qualifications:**
Current certification as a Behavior Technician.
