**Job Title:** Full Time FLOAT Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) **Location:** Raleigh-Durham, NC **Salary:** $90,000 – $100,000 per year **Incentives:** Sign-On/Retention Bonus + Relocation Assistance **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated FLOAT BCBA to provide high-quality ABA therapy across multiple locations in the Raleigh-Durham area.

**Responsibilities:**

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Supervise and train RBTs and other staff.

Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.

**Qualifications:**

Active BCBA certification.

Experience in ABA therapy preferred.

Strong communication and leadership skills.
