We are seeking a compassionate Mental Health LPN to join our recovery team in Adair, IA. The ideal candidate will provide nursing care to individuals with mental health challenges, focusing on recovery and rehabilitation.
**Responsibilities:**
Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team.
**Qualifications:**
Current LPN license in Iowa.
Experience in mental health preferred.
