**Job Title:** Charge Nurse – 12 Hour NOC Shift
**Location:** Waterford, WI
**Salary:** $42 – $55 per hour + $10k Sign-On Bonus

We are seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse for our 12-hour night shift. The ideal candidate will oversee nursing staff, ensure quality patient care, and manage daily operations.
**Responsibilities:**
Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
Provide support and guidance to nursing staff
**Qualifications:**
Current RN license in Wisconsin
Previous nursing experience required
Strong leadership and communication skills
