**Job Title:** LPN – Assisted Living **Location:** Chesterfield, VA **Shift:** 3 PM – 11 PM **Salary:** $27 – $32 per hour (New Wage Scale)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our Assisted Living team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor residents’ health and report changes to the healthcare team

Assist with daily living activities and personal care
