**Job Title:** RN – OR/PACU/SPD Clinical Educator
**Location:** Marshalltown, IA
**Salary:** $75,000 – $85,000 annually
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Educator for the OR, PACU, and SPD departments. The ideal candidate will:
Develop and implement educational programs for nursing staff.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance clinical skills.
Collaborate with department leaders to assess educational needs.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Provide mentorship and support to new hires and existing staff.
Qualifications include a valid RN license, BSN preferred, and 3+ years of clinical experience in OR/PACU/SPD. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
