**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse (RN) for our Behavioral Health Unit on a per diem basis. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care to patients with mental health disorders.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and resources.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
**Qualifications:**
Current RN license in NM.
Experience in behavioral health preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
